Low Tide Threads apparel and merchandise feature original designs created for the Low Tide Threads brand. Items sold through this website are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner once an order is placed. Because products are made to order rather than stocked inventory, shipping timelines and return policies differ slightly from traditional retail stores.

  • Low Tide Threads merchandise is produced on demand after an order is placed. Most items are produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped through our fulfillment partner. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and shipping carrier.

  • Tracking information is usually provided once an order has been shipped so customers can monitor delivery progress. If you have questions about shipment status or tracking updates, please contact Order Support at seawormexpress@gmail.com.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Seaworm Express and Low Tide Threads are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during the order process. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact Order Support as soon as possible.
