By using this website and placing an order with Seaworm Express you agree to the following terms.Our services include the delivery of live marine bait through Seaworm Express and the sale of made-to-order merchandise through Low Tide Threads. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and operational conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at the time of order. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. All payments must be completed at checkout or as otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Seaworm Express operates on route-based scheduling influenced by tides, weather, and transportation conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to the perishable nature of marine bait, all sales are final once delivered. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages outside of our control. Merchandise is produced and fulfilled by a third-party provider, and related issues are handled in accordance with that provider’s policies.

Policy
All bait deliveries are scheduled based on established routes and tide timing. Delivery days and times are coordinated in advance but should be considered approximate, not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and changing coastal conditions may impact timing.
Due to the perishable nature of marine bait, all products are considered final sale upon delivery. Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries or for ensuring proper arrangements are in place. Once delivered, the condition and storage of the product become the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays or delivery impacts caused by conditions outside of our control.
All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Production times vary depending on the product and order volume, followed by standard shipping times based on destination.
Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should check with the carrier and surrounding area before contacting us. Returned or undeliverable packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
